![]() Thanks in advance, and let me know if I put this in the wrong part of the forum etc. I can give you logs if you need them, but unsure of what part you want (or should I just post the whole log of that time/day? Don't have the timestamp of subtitle delay though) Is the browser/computer the problem? Like if I used my RaspberryPi or android phone solve the issues? With both of these I've tried restarting the episode, set it as viewed / not viewed. Checked user settings, server settings, metadata and maybe more that I can't remember. I read there should be something to fix these out of sync subtitles, but I couldn't find any settings for it. Maybe I'm missing something?Īnother issue I've seen (but very rare, like 5 times in 100 episodes) is the subtitles sometimes go out of sync. ![]() The cog doesn't have any audio settings, and right click only brings up normal Firefox right click. ![]() In the player I can't really change or view the used audio track, can only see subtitle list. Unsure if this is a decoding issue, since most episodes are from the same source. SubRip (SRT) and Sub Station Alpha (SSA and ASS) formats are supported. Using VLC with the problem episode is fine, so the audio track is there. You can use these filters to render text subtitles into a video. While the previous and next episode is fine. The shows I'm watching mostly works fine. The server/desktop that the server client is installed on is the same device I'm mostly using viewing the media, with Firefox as browser. Set the video codec to Copy and it wont re-encode it, itll just burn the subtitles on top. So I seem to need a extra hand with this. I found this vbv maxrate setting just about the same time you posted. 'capped' CRF You can also check the output file with mediainfo (view>text) to see which settings were passed You're exactly right. These issues might just be me not understanding, but I can't find a solution by myself, searching the forum and logs. You're probably using a preset where the -vbv-maxrate set to about 3000. Been trying it for a few weeks and works great most of the time. ![]() ![]() To start this off, I'm new when it comes to Emby. ![]()
